Can I get a refund?

If you signed up via the website, please contact the website for a refund. 

All in-app subscriptions and purchases are managed by Apple for iOS and Google for Android.

This is really important, as it means when you made the subscription purchase via the app, you did not buy it from the App but from Apple and Google. So they control the payments and all related admin. 

If you would like a refund for any reason, then you will have to contact Apple or Google.
